Crusty No-Knead Bread

The easiest bread to make!  Works great in a cast iron dutch oven.

3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
½ tsp yeast
1 ½ cups warm water

In a large bowl, stir all ingredients together and cover with plastic wrap. Let dough sit for 8-24 hours.  Remove dough and use floured hands and surface to form dough into a ball.  Let rest for 30 min.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees with the Dutch oven inside.  After dough has rested, remove pan and add dough.  Bake covered for 30 minutes, remove the lid and bake another 10 minutes.

*You can add a little bit of cornmeal or flour to the pan before adding the dough but do NOT oil the pan!
