Crisbee® Griddle Seasoning Instructions

Initial Seasoning Instructions:
  1. Preheat the griddle cooktop for 5 minutes with each burner on high.
  1. Apply 2-3 TBSP Crisbee Griddle Seasoning to hot griddle and spread evenly using a paper towel. Use metal tongs or heat proof silicone gloves and cover the entire cook surface as well as all sides. Keep spreading to ensure a uniform thin layer covers all surfaces. Continue wiping until smoking has ended, which is usually just a few minutes.
  1. Repeat step 2 at least three additional times, for a total of four cycles, and you are ready to cook.

Daily Use Instructions:

After each use, clean the cooktop and apply seasoning following step 2 above.
